A very smooth, rich chocolate mousse with avocado as its main ingredient. It really tastes like chocolate mousse though and not like avocado at all. Although it contains honey for sweetness, this mousse is far healthier than the regular kind. If that is reason enough for you to finish the entire portion instead of sharing it, be my guest!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 100gr Greek yogurt
- 2.5 tbs cacao powder
- 2 tbs honey
Serves 2, or 1 very hungry person
Recipe:
Cut the avocado in half. Scoop the flesh out. Smash the knife into the stone so you can wiggle it from the other half. Also scoop out that half.
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Grab a spoon and start eating!
