BC Week 17

This is my first every-day-meat menu and boy was it more challenging than I expected! Picking 9 recipes with meat is easy enough, but the groceries were not. You need to pick use-by-dates which suit your menu, and every package holds 2-3 dishes, so you have to re-pack and make sure you eat the leftovers soon.
But the result is a delicious menu. It has Asian influences as well as more Western type food, providing a bit of diversity throughout the week.
You can find the budget challenge recipes of all weeks under BC Recipes. They are linked below as well; click on the dish names at each day to get forwarded to the corresponding recipe.

Menu:
Saturday lunch: Trio Quesedillas

Wednesday: Noodlebowl with Chinese style minced beef
Thursday: Sausage burrito
Friday: Sausage and potato stir-fry
