Goat cheese and beetroot are a great combination in a salad, making the perfect lunch pairing.
- 40gr pasta
- 25gr bacon rashers, in strips
- 130gr beetroot, cooked
- 50gr raw spinach
- 35gr soft goat cheese

Cook the pasta. Drain, rinse with cold water and leave to cool.
Bake the bacon crispy.
Cut the beetroot into cubes.
Combine the beetroot and pasta. Place this on the spinach and top with the goat cheese and bacon.
