This spice blend is known for being used in chai tea, but I also love to use it in bakes.
- 4 tbs cinnamon
- 3 tbs ginger powder
- 1.5 tbs cardamon powder
- 1 tbs ground pepper
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
Combine all ingredients. Done!
Serve with black tea and foamed milk.
Or stir into some hot chocolate.
Delicious to spice up a plain cake – try it with apples, pears and dates too.
And amazing in a crème pâtissière.
