After which you can start making a variety of treats:
White Chocolate Cinnamon Leaves
White Chocolate Coffee Spoons
Dark Chocolate Bar – Hazelnuts
Dark Chocolate Bar – Figs and Pecans

With the leftovers you can make plenty as well:
Mendiants
Peanut and Hazelnut Rochers
Cranberry and Pecan Rochers

Simply make some truffles instead:
Mint Truffles
Orange Cointreau Truffles
Cinnamon Truffles
Coffee Truffles

Or use the chocolate in cakes and other bakes:
