A completely different dip, with a lovely pale green colour.
- 50gr pistachios, toasted
- 15gr olive oil
- 100gr feta
- 50gr Greek yogurt
Put the pistachios and oil in a blender and blend until very fine. Add the feta and blend until smooth.
Blend in the yogurt and season to taste with salt and pepper if required – personally I don’t think it needs any seasoning.
