Not really a recipe but here goes nothing…
- 1 blood orange
- small handful green grapes
- small handful red grapes
Cut the top and bottom off the orange, until the flesh has been cut.
Place it on a cutting board, one of the cut sides down. Cut off the rind, cutting just into the flesh.
Slide the wedges out from between the membranes.
Combine the grapes and orange wedges. Serve cold with Greek yogurt.
