Boiled potato and a creamy sauce to go on top. Simplicity at its best.
- 1 large potato, floury
- 2 tbs crème frâiche
- 1 tsp chives
Serves 1 as part of the Budget Challenge
Cook or steam the potato in its skin until cooked through.
Combine the crème frâiche and chives and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut open the top of the potato. With a fork, loosen the potato in the open top.
Put a good dollop of the crème fraiche on top and enjoy!
