I serve this butter with fish, but it is also great with roast vegetables, chicken or even on bread.
- 125gr unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbs lime zest
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Combine all the ingredients well by mashing it all together with a fork. Serve the butter slightly softened and keep it in the refrigerator. When cold, the butter can be a bit slippery due to the lime juice not being fully incorporated.
