This butter is a great accompaniment to salmon. Serve some with hot, baked salmon, or spread a bit of the butter on bread and top it with sliced smoked salmon.
- 125gr unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbs mustard
- 1.5 tbs dried dill
- Pinch of salt
Press the garlic through a garlic press. Combine all the ingredients well by mashing it all together with a fork. Serve the butter slightly softened and keep it in the refrigerator.
