Perfect for the holidays, this butter combines the fragrant flavours of oranges and cranberries. It’s not sweet at all and goed great with turkey (naturally), but also with pork or with breakfast.
- 125gr unsalted butter, softened
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbs fine orange zest
- 3 tbs finely chopped cranberries
Combine all the ingredients well by mashing it all together with a fork. Store it in the refrigerator but serve the butter somewhat softened.
You can serve this with meat, turkey being the prime example, but I also use this butter as a substitute for butter in cookie or muffin recipes.
