A very simple side dish that goes with many dishes.
- 500gr carrots
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
Cut the carrots into chunks. Steam or boil the carrots until just done. You want them to be somewhat soft, but far from falling apart and turning mushy.
Stir the oil and carrots together, then stir in the chopped parsley.
