Pink Fudge – Marshmallow Method

The colour of the fudge comes from the use of pink marshmallows. It is a very simple recipe but always is a big hit. This recipe makes a large portion (it is my recipe for Christmas gift bags), so if you want to make less fidge, halve all ingredients.


  • 400gr sugar
  • 6 tbs butter
  • 250ml milk
  • 250gr pink marshmallows
  • 600gr white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Combine the sugar, butter, milk and marshmallows in pot with a thick bottom. Heat it while stirring constantly. When it boils, let it simmer for 5 more minutes and stir to keep it from sticking.

Take the pot off the heat and add the white chocolate chips and the vanilla. Pour it into a baking tin that is lined with baking paper.
Leave the fudge to cool for 3 hours and then cut it into small squares.
