Tomato salads don’t get much easier than this. The picture does not show the chives, I completely forgot to add them for the shot.
- 200gr cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp greek yogurt or milk
- 2 tsp chives, chopped
Serves 1 as part of the Budget Challenge
Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt and chives.
Halve the tomatoes.
Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and serve (I know, this is not really a recipe but there is honestly not more to it).
You can add some salt and pepper if you want but I prefer without salt and with only a little pepper.
