Smoothie bowl – coffee peanut

Start the day well with a bowl of goodness. Peanuts and Greek yogurt provide a healthy dose of protein, keeping you full all morning, while the coffee will wake you up. Also goes well as a dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 150gr Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 40gr peanut butter

Serves one

Recipe:

Blend all ingredients together. Serve with toppings such as nuts, banana, honey, maple syrup and chocolate nibs or cacao powder.
