Smoothie Bowl – Strawberry Rose

Don’t go overboard on the rose water, we are aiming for subtle fragrance, not potpouri! Instead of freezing the strawberries, which can create a lot of water as they defrost, I froze the Greek yogurt instead. This smoothie is semi frozen. You can also freeze the strawberries for a thicker ice cream consistency, the thick base will keep the strawberry from seeping water.

Ingredients:

  • 150gr frozen Greek yogurt
  • 150gr cold strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp rose water

Serves 1

Recipe:

Blend all ingredients together.
