Spinach Hummus

Because of the added Feta, this doesn’t really taste like hummus. It’s a great dip and spread, and really easy to make. As it has raw spinach, it can’t be kept for long. Substitute cooked spinach if you want to keep it for more than 2 days.

Ingredients:

  • 60gr canned chickpeas
  • 1 tbs water
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 70gr raw spinach
  • 30gr Feta
  • pepper
  • lemon juice

Recipe:

Blend together all ingredients, adding pepper and lemon juice to taste. If too thick, you can add a bit extra water until you get the consistency you like.
