Yogurt bowl with Strawberries and Pomegranate

Pomegranate goes wonderfully with both strawberries and yoghurt. It’s an easy way to start your day well. To get the seeds from a pomegranate, cut the rind in a circle, then break the fruit open and tear apart the inner skins from the seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large spoonfuls of Greek yogurt
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • small handful pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tbs cacao nibs or 1 tsp cacao powder

Serves 1

Recipe:

Scoop the yogurt in a bowl. Use as much as you want, no need to stick to the quantities above, they’re more of a guidance than a rule.
Cut the tops off the strawberries and slice the fruit.
Divide the strawberry slices over the yogurt. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and the cacao nibs/powder over the strawberries.
