Vanilla may be known for being “boring” but I for one adore everything vanilla. And that includes this fudge

Whiskey Fudge

I thought there was too much whiskey in these candies, but everybody disagreed with me!

Maple Pecan Fudge

I am no fan of fudge. However, I firmly believe this is the best candy I have made to date. When I brought a box to work, they were so popular I even caught somebody stuffing his pockets when he thought I wasn’t watching!

Passionfruit Marshmallows

Passionfruit anything is great, and the same goes for these marshmallows.

Blackberry Pâte de Fruit

Dark and rich, these are my favourite Pâte de Fruit to make. They even knocked my former favourites – raspberry – off their throne, which I hadn’t expected possible, I love love love anything raspberry.

Chocolate caramels

Chocolate AND caramel, it doesn’t get much better than this!
