Almond Cream [V]

Use this as a spread/topping for vegan or lactose free bakes. It’s delicious and contains no dairy products at all. It’s also delicious on regular bakes, of course.


  • 175gr almonds
  • 120gr boiling water
  • 70gr sunflower oil
  • 50gr agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Makes approx 1 cup


Pour the boiling water on the almonds and leave to soak. Then blend the almonds finely.
Add the oil and blend again. Finally, add the agave syrup, vanilla and salt and blend to smooth.
