Caramel Sauce

A very simple sauce, perfect to pour over cupcakes, serve with dessert or inject cakes with. Add a pinch of salt to really bring out the flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 50gr water
  • 200gr sugar
  • 200gr heavy cream

Recipe:

Heat the sugar and water together without stirring until caramel forms.
Add the cream and heat while stirring for 2 minutes. Leave to cool.
