I use this cake as a building block for mousse cakes, roulades and chocolate domes.
Ingredients:
- 100gr butter, melted
- 70gr sugar
- 110gr flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 tsp espresso powder
Makes a 30 x 23cm thin sheet cake
Recipe:
Beat all the ingredients together for two minutes. Spread out over a sheet cake tin that has been lined with baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes on 190°C
