- 125 gr Chinese cabbage
- 1 small carrot
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbs créme fraîche
- 1 tsp dried chives
- salt / pepper
Serves 1 as part of the Budget Challenge
Slice the Chinese very finely, as fine as you can get. Grate the carrot coarsely or cut into thin matchsticks.
Combine the mayonnaise, créme fraîche and chives, then add salt and pepper to taste. Stir this into the cabbage and carrot.
