A fresh mousse with a subtle orange flavour, that works wonders as a filling for cake but can be enjoyed on its own as well, especially if you add a slosh of Cointreau.
- 200gr cream cheese
- 200gr heavy cream
- 25gr vanilla sugar
- zest of 1/2 unwaxed orange
Beat the cream cheese until soft. Add all other ingredients and beat until starting to set.
Divide over moulds or spread over a cake, and leave to set fully.
