Combine in the evening, add a banana in the morning and blend. Easy peasy!
- 3 tbs oatmeal
- 100gr milk
- 100gr Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 banana
Combine the oatmeal and milk in the cup of a blender – I use those upside down ones, which means you can use the cup to soak it in and blend it in, without damaging the blades which won’t appreciate being left in liquids all night. Stir well, then top with the yogurt and honey. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
Peel the banana and break it into pieces. Add to the oatmeal, then blend until as smooth as possible. Add a pinch of cinnamon if you’re a fan.
