Blueberry oatmeal smoothie

Prepare at night, then simply blend in the morning and drink, and you’re all set for the day. Chock full of goodies, with a very large amount of blueberries. If you let this smoothie stand for a bit, it thickens into a jelly-like consistency. Stirring or blending briefly returns it back to a liquid form.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbs oatmeal
  • 120gr milk
  • 80gr Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 150gr blueberries, frozen is fine

Serves 1

Recipe:

Stir the oatmeal and milk together in a cup – I like to use the upside down cup for the blender as this simplifies things in the morning. Top with the yogurt, honey and bluerries. Cover and leave overnight in the fridge.

Blend and drink.
