The rich creamyness of the brie pairs wonderfully with the earthiness of the walnut and the sweet honey. Great as it it, you can also serve it toasted.
- 1 breadroll or a piece of Turkish flatbread
- 75gr Brie
- 6 walnut halves
- 1/5 tsp honey
- lettuce, optional
Slice the breadroll in half horizontally. If using, place the lettuce on the bottom half of the bread. Slice the brie thinly and spread the slices out over the breadroll. Top with the walnut halves and finish by drizzling some honey over it all. Place the top half of the bread back on top and enjoy.
