Chia pudding – Apple pie

This chia pudding has been made with Greek yogurt, which gives a fresh edge to the pudding. It also has plenty of protein, keeping you full longer.

Ingredients:

  • 4 dried apple wedges
  • 25gr yellow raisins
  • 125gr Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • pinch of cinnamon

Serves one

Recipe:

Cut the dried apple into small pieces, approximately the same size as the raisins.
Combine all ingredients. Leave to stand for 15 minutes and then stir again. Leave overnight if eating for breakfast – this is perfect for busy mornings. Make in the morning if serving as a dessert.
