This sauce goes very well with fish cakes and courgette fritters, but it’s also very nice for roast chicken and fish.
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp fresh coriander, chopped finely
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbs mirin
