Coriander Ginger Dipping Sauce (BC)

This sauce goes very well with fish cakes and courgette fritters, but it’s also very nice for roast chicken and fish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsp fresh coriander, chopped finely
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbs mirin

Serves 1 as part of the Budget Challenge

Recipe:

Combine all the ingredients.
