Double Dark Cookies

Chocolate cookies with dark chocolate chips. Rich and indulgent, big cookies.


  • 235gr flour
  • 25gr cacao
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150gr butter
  • 125gr sugar
  • 75gr moist brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 175gr dark chocolate chips

Makes 18 large cookies


Combine the flour, cacao, baking soda and salt and set aside.
Combine the butter and the sugars and beat until soft and combined well. Then add the egg and vanilla and beat them in. Add the flour mixture, mix everything and then add the chocolate chips.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop balls of dough on the baking sheet. Flatten them a little bit (not too much).
Bake for 12 minutes on 190°C
