A perfect summer treat. Serve with raspberry sauce for extra decadence.
- 450gr peaches (6 regular peaches), peeled and pitted
- 250ml milk
- 500ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 250gr sugar
Makes 1 liter
Puree the peach flesh.
Combine the eggs and the sugar and mix well. Then add the milk, cream and the pureed peaches.
Freeze in an ice cream machine, then transfer to a container to set in the freezer.
