Mushrooms and bok choi are two very different vegetables which go great together. Add some hotsauce and you have a winner.
- 1 large bok choi
- 250gr Swiss Brown mushrooms
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 1/4th tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp potato starch
- 1 tbs water
- 2 tbs sweet chili sauce
Cut the bok choi into chunks and halve the mushrooms.
Heat the oil in a wok. Briefly bake the vegetables on a high flame, 2 minutes should be plenty.
Combine the sugar, potato starch, water and sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Stir well.
Add the sauce to the vegetables. Heat well.
Serve with cooked rice.
