Warm milk has always been a nice, warming beverage before bedtime. Adding rosemary to it makes it more fragrant and adds just that little extra.
Ingredients:
- 250ml milk
- 1 sprig rosemary
Serves 1
Recipe:
Either pour the milk in a pan or in a mug and add the rosemary. Heat the mug in the microwave until just under boiling point, or do the same with the pan on the stove. When using a pan, pour the milk in a mug together with the rosemary.
Use the rosemary sprig as a stirring spoon. Once the milk has cooled down enough to drink, the rosemary will be nicely infused, without overpowering the milk too much. Enjoy and good night!
