Smoothie bowl – Blackberry

I absolutely love blackberries and therefore always have a batch in the freezer. They’re brilliant for desserts, pastries and smoothies.

Ingredients:

  • 150gr frozen blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 100gr Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Serves 1

Recipe:

Blend everything together.
Add toppings to your liking. Red fruit such as raspberries work great. Of course, so do blackberries and blueberries. Pomegrenate, pecans, hazelnuts and almonds pair brilliantly with this smoothie bowl as well.
