The saltiness of feta makes a great base for dipping sauces and spreads. This version is whipped with crème fraîche and goes perfectly with crunchy vegetables.
- 200gr feta
- 200gr crème fraîche
- 2 tsp chopped chives
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
Beat the feta to turn it into fine crumbles. Add half of the crème fraîche and beat it with to feta until smooth. Now add the remaining crème fraîche and beat smooth again.
Fold in the chives, lemon juice and spring onions. Season to taste with pepper – no need to add salt.
