Fish cakes are a great way to make something else with fish and these happen to be very tasty too! Serve them with some coriander ginger dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
- 115gr cod
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbs flour
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 tbs sunflower oil

Recipe:
Chop the cod to get flakes.
Combine the cod with all other ingredients except the sunflower oil.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Make 4 patties of the mixtures and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side.
