We all know Tzatziki, but this Persian yogurt dip is just as delicious. Traditionally topped with dried rose petals, but I unfortunately couldn’t find those where I live.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 40gr walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
- 200gr Greek yogurt
- 1/2 clove of garlic, pressed or grated
- salt/pepper
Recipe:
Grate the cucumber. Squeeze well with your hands to get as much water out of it as possible.
Stir together all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
