This orange hummus is made with chickpeas and pumpkin, and it makes a great spread or dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs water
- 60gr canned chickpeas
- 1 tbs tahini
- 120gr cooked pumpkin
- salt/pepper
- lemon juice
Recipe:
Blend together all ingredients, adding salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. If too thick, you can add a bit extra water until you get the consistency you like.
