Smoothie bowl – Raspberry Coconut

A vegan smoothiebowl that’s delicious to boot. Most smoothiebowls have banana for smoothness, but the coconut milk gives a smoother finish than milk would. The dessicated coconut does provide a bit of texture. If you want a really smooth finish, omit the coconut but add 30gr frozen raspberries more. Else the smoothiebowl will become more like a smoothie drink instead.

Ingredients:

  • 150gr frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbs dessicated coconut
  • 150gr creamy coconut milk

Serves 1

Recipe:

Blend together all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
